Remote or on-site?

Both. Software and accounts we start remote. Hardware, cabling, and cameras we come out.

Who do you take on?

Households, freelancers, and small shops or offices in Connecticut — remote when that’s faster, on-site when it has to be. Bigger orgs: ask us.

What does $10 a month cover?

Updates and security protection on each computer — Windows, Mac, and apps. Off-computer backups are +$15. Care and backup together are $25 per computer. Networking, website design, cameras, on-site work, and incident cleanup are quoted before we start. Hands-on repairs, rebuilds, and incident cleanup are billed separately and quoted before we start.
