Straight answers
Do you only do homes?
No. Residential and commercial. This page is the house. The shop and small-office page is next door.
Residential or commercial?
Both. Networking, security, website design, computers, cameras, backups — for the house and for the shop or small office. Same people. We quote before we start.
Do you come to the house?
Yes. Hardware, cameras, a new computer, and anything we have to see, we come out. Households around Prospect, Cheshire, Naugatuck, Waterbury, Wolcott, Bethany, and nearby towns.
Can you fix it without coming over?
Often. Software, accounts, email, and a lot of printer trouble we start remote, the same day when we can.
What does $10 a month cover?
Updates and security protection on each computer — Windows, Mac, and apps. Off-computer backups are +$15. Care and backup together are $25 per computer. Networking, website design, cameras, on-site work, and incident cleanup are quoted before we start. Hands-on repairs, rebuilds, and incident cleanup are billed separately and quoted before we start.
Do you help with phones and TVs or only computers?
Phones, tablets, Apple, Microsoft, and Google accounts, plus TVs and streaming devices. Computers are the core. Those others are the same kitchen-table jobs.
