Privacy policy
If you fill out the contact form on this site, we use that information only to get back to you and to do the work you asked for. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not build a marketing list from it. We do not collect extra data beyond what you submit.

What you send us
The contact form asks for the details we need to reply and, if needed, show up:
- Name
- Email and phone
- How you prefer to be reached (text, email, or phone)
- Address, city, and ZIP when we need to come to you
- Whether the job is residential or commercial, what you need done, and a note
- An optional photo or screenshot
That is the whole list. Address is optional unless the job is on-site. If you skip the photo, we do not get one. We do not ask for payment details on this form.
What we do with it
We email the submission to ourselves at [email protected] so Jeremy or Mark can contact you back using the method you chose. We use the address only if the job needs an on-site visit. We use the photo only to understand the problem.
We do not use form submissions for ads, newsletters, or selling.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not share it with marketers or data brokers.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for help.
- We do not collect browsing profiles or extra fields you did not send.
How the form gets to us
The form is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, hit Send. The request is then emailed to our inbox so we can reply. Cloudflare is the host and mail path, not a buyer of your information.
This site does not set marketing cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep a submission long enough to reply and finish the job. We are a two-person shop, not a data warehouse. If you want a copy removed from our inbox, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
