FAQ
Straight answers
Do you only do businesses?
No. Residential and commercial. This page is the shop and small office.
Residential or commercial?
Both. Networking, security, website design, computers, cameras, backups — for the house and for the shop or small office. Same people. We quote before we start.
What does $10 a month cover?
Updates and security protection on each computer — Windows, Mac, and apps. Off-computer backups are +$15. Care and backup together are $25 per computer. Networking, website design, cameras, on-site work, and incident cleanup are quoted before we start. Hands-on repairs, rebuilds, and incident cleanup are billed separately and quoted before we start.

Yes. A shop, office, or small team in that range.
Do you handle Microsoft 365?
Yes. Mail, calendar, shared drives, licenses, permissions, multi-factor sign-in — Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Someone left. Can you cut them off today?
Yes. Mailbox, files, and sign-in. That is a last-day job.

Do you only copy files, or can you get them back?

Do you talk to our internet or Microsoft for us?
Yes. Vendor wrangling is part of the work.
Do you build websites or just fix computers?
Both. Website design and a working form, plus the computers, network, security, cameras, and backups around it.
